Gregory Cardaci brings 10 years of product innovation and manufacturing leadership to Boulder Botanical and Bioscience Labs technical team.  Gregory’s production roots start in the bakery concentrate and ingredients industry where he lead quality assurance operations before branching into the grain milling industry. With a focus on process scaling, Gregory has scaled vitamin enrichment blends to a variety of food processing plants throughout the country.  

Most recently, Gregory is focused on advancing the manufacturing process of hemp-based products in the rapidly growing cannabis space.  Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University.
