From Seed to Shelf

Vertically Integrated Manufacturing and Distribution Capabilities

Consumers, professional medical practitioners, nutritionists and many others are rapidly learning about the wide range of health benefits of CBD.

In response to the surge in demand,  consumer products companies and leading national retailers have begun marketing and selling CBD products.

Yet, the hemp farming and CBD product manufacturing industry is in its infancy, and the quality of the products that are making it onto store shelves do not always meet the quality standards expected by consumers.

BBB Labs is proud to be one of the few companies in the CBD market that has built a vertically integrated supply chain from “seed-to-shelf” for full transparency.

Products manufactured by BBB Labs are sold across North America and Europe under a wide range of brands and product formats, and will always live up to the BiovaTM Hemp promise of quality.

Every product, whether it’s a tincture, capsule or lotion, has been produced from seeds planted and harvested on BBB Labs’ farms, grown to organic standards, with oils extracted within a BBB Labs facility, and then manufactured into its final consumable form within BBB Labs pharma-grade facility. All products are then stored within BBB Labs’ fulfillment center, and shipped to store shelves.

Many of BBB Labs’ current customers have developed some of the most trusted consumer brands in the world; BBB Labs has made the investments in pharma-grade infrastructure and processes throughout the entire supply chain, to ensure that these trusted brands are always able to deliver on the Biova “promise of quality” to their end customers.

BBB Labs currently produces a wide range of end-products for the Nutraceuticals, Wellness and Beauty markets, including health supplements, tinctures, bath bombs and skin/body care products. To date, BBB Labs has manufactured over 150 unique products, many of which are sold as popular brands on store shelves today.

Drying and Processing Center 300,000lbs per month Pueblo Co – Extraction Joint Venture – 190,000 lb per day inline process.

Our product is not force-dried, preserving the flavonoids, essences, terpenes and oils in our extract.

The lab starts with a supercritical ethanol extraction process, slowly extracting the essential oils at low temperatures. Maintaining low temperatures from harvest to extraction allows for a special decarboxylation process to convert CBDA to CBD without burning or dissipating other active ingredients.

All processes are performed according to strict GMP standards never using toxic solvents or other chemicals.
